1- Just log in to your TheBeeHost Clientarea.

 

 

2-Enter your registered account details

 

 

3- Click on “Open Ticket”

 

 

4- Select your concerned department

 

 

5- You will see a form, fill it with your request and submit.

 


6- You can see your ticket status and previous ticket in Clientarea.

  • Please write Support Ticket only in Plain English, all Support Tickets in URDU / Romain Urdu will be closed without reply.
  • Please provide all the details about your issue, with a proper screenshot and proper details about the issue.
  • When you reply to support ticket through email, make sure to remove all previous content in the email.
