How to File a DMCA Complaint?
If you believe that a customer of TheBeeHost is using our services to host or distribute material that infringes on your copyright, please send a written notice with the following information:
- Your full name and contact information (email address, physical address, phone number)
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed
- The exact URL(s) or domain(s) where the infringing content is located
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized
- A statement, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your electronic or physical signature

Counter-Notification Procedure
If a customer believes that the material removed or disabled was not infringing, they may submit a counter-notification. This must include:
- Full contact information
- A description of the material and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was wrongly removed
- Consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court
- Their signature (physical or electronic)
- Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within 14 days.
Repeat Infringer Policy
TheBeeHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are repeat infringers or those who abuse this policy.
